What Areas Do You Serve? We serve clients coming from Portland, Salem, Hillsboro, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Sherwood, Tualatin, Tigard, McMinnville, Newberg, Carlton and more. We do not go past Salem, or over the river into Vancouver, if you are further West or East and are unsure if we can serve you, let us know and we will see if you are in our area.
How Does Pick-up and Drop-off Work? We provide door to door transportation. In your booking intake form you'll indicate your pick-up address and a different drop-off address if applicable. If you have more than one pick-up or drop-off location, let us know and we will gladly accommodate.
Can We Drink In The Vehicle? Guests are not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages on board the tour vehicle.
How Long Is A Tour? This is entirely dependent on how many wineries you would like to visit. One destination may only take 4 hours, while three or four wineries may take 8 - 10 hours.
What Should I Wear? The Willamette Valley is relaxed in its expectation of wine tasting attire, some people prefer casual dress, some people want to dress sem-formal for their wine country outing. We recommend wearing comfortable and weather appropriate clothing with close-toed shoes for walking through vineyards.
Can We Pick Vineyards to Visit? Absolutely, if it is in the Northern Willamette Valley we are delighted to accommodate your request. We are glad to arrange all winery reservations on your behalf. We encourage guests who are unsure about what wineries to visit to allow us to curate their day, or take one of our top recommendations to fit in amongst other stops.
How Does Gratuity and Tipping Work? We apply 18% gratuity for all of our services, which entirely goes to the driver. An 18% gratuity is also applied for our all-inclusive wine tour packages and is distributed to all associated parties including the driver, the winery servers, and the food providers.
How Many People Can I Bring? Our luxury conversion Mercedes Sprinter van, includes seating for 10 guests. For parties larger than 10, contact us directly to see how we can manage your group.
Can We Bring Guests Under 21? We do not allow guests under 21 to join our tours.
