Cancellation Policy

We offer a full refund of the Valet Service deposit up until 3 days before your tour starts. After which the deposit becomes non-refundable. If you need to cancel our service and process a refund, reach out directly and we will process the refund to your used payment method. We encourage guests who may need to cancel, to reach out and see if we can reschedule your wine tour at no additional cost.
