Terms of Service - Hidden Vineyards Valet LLC
Service Provided:

Service Description: We provide for-hire transportation of clients in the form of wine tours and private car service, as well as travel agent services. This involves pre-arranged and guided transportation from a client-specified pickup address within our service area to wineries, and other locations or events selected either by the client or by Hidden Vineyards Valet LLC on behalf of the client. Additionally, clients may purchase wine tour packages, which may include exclusive winery tastings and dining experiences arranged by Hidden Vineyards Valet LLC.

Vehicle and Driver: Our service includes a knowledgeable and competent guide who will also act as the private driver. The vehicle will be clean, in working order, and compliant with all maintenance and safety requirements by law.

Itinerary: The itinerary includes stops at locations predetermined by the client and/or Hidden Vineyards Valet LLC. These stops may change due to logistical and operational impediments or third-party winery and establishment availability. Any changes will be communicated promptly to the client, who is responsible for informing their guests.

Inclusions and Exclusions: The cost of the service will cover transportation and travel agent services as described; this is the standard included activity and service within our Wine Tour Service. Wine, tasting fees, food, and other unrelated services are not included unless specified in the purchase of our wine tour packages, which will be detailed in the client’s invoice. These packages include offerings such as our "Elevated Package" and our "Couple's Package".

Timing: Services will begin at the time specified by the client. Any changes to the start time must be communicated to Hidden Vineyards Valet LLC at least 3 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time. Clients who purchase our tour services must understand that delaying the designated pickup time, will inhibit our ability to provide a tour of scheduled wineries, and as a result the tour may be shortened.

Duration: We typically provide service to three wineries within the span of a wine tour. The duration of the service varies due to the nature of wine touring. Additionally we may add or remove a stop from the tour depending on the needs of the client, the restraints of available wineries, as well as our discretion. The client may request to conclude the service at any time, after which the driver will transport the client and guests back to the specified drop-off location. We have the right to end our services after 10 hours for the well-being of guests and the driver.

Group Size: Tours are designed to accommodate a specific number of guests to ensure comfort and quality. The maximum group size will be specified at the time of booking.
Booking and Payment:

Booking Process: Bookings can be made via our online booking portal or over the phone, text or email. Once we have the needed information for your wine tour appointment, you will be prompted to submit a deposit. Upon received payment for the wine tour deposit, your wine tour date of service will be officially reserved. If you are booking an all-inclusive wine tour package option, such as our "Elevated Package" or "Couple's Package" you will be required to submit the entire payment at the time of booking.

Payment: We will apply your booking deposit to your final payment which will be collected at the end of the service. Customers will receive an invoice link to pay via credit card, but may opt to pay with cash instead.
Cancellations and Refunds:

Wine Tour Service: Deposits are fully refundable up to three days prior to the service date. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable. In some instanced we may be able to reschedule your appointment after the 3 day window has elapsed, so we encourage guests to reach out to us.

Wine Tour All-Inclusive Packages: If you have chosen an all-inclusive wine tour package, such as our "Elevated Package" or "Couple's Package" we will have a $150.00 cancellation fee per person that applies immediately upon booking. This is due to the purchases we will need to make in the form of luxury food and wine experience providers on behalf of the client and guests. The remainder of the package amount may be refunded before the tour starts. Rescheduling without additional cost is encouraged if possible, but this will be dependent on the external set menu dining provider's policy.

Hidden Vineyards Valet LLC Cancellations: In the event of extreme weather, vehicle failure, or unforeseen emergencies leading to tour cancellation, we will reschedule or refund the full purchase and/or deposit amount.

Refund Process: To initiate a refund, contact us directly, and we will process the refund to your provided payment method.
Release of Liability Agreement:

Client and Guest Acknowledgement: All clients and guests must sign the Release of Liability Agreement before service begins. This document will be provided ahead of the tour upon client request, additionally this document is provided in our 'Policy' section on our website. Refusal to sign will result in non-participation without a refund of the reservation deposit.
Client and Guest Responsibility:

Code of Conduct: Clients and guests must behave respectfully towards drivers and representatives of Hidden Vineyards Valet LLC. Local laws, including those prohibiting alcohol consumption in the vehicle, must be followed. Abusive conduct will result in immediate termination of services.

Liability for Damages: Clients and guests are responsible for any damages incurred to the driver, vehicle, or property owned by Hidden Vineyards Valet LLC.
